Here is your answer: https://www.stampboards.com/viewtop...6794#p608709

In essence, your stamp is a fake.

PPT is the Dutch postal system.

From the link: "On 2 June 1972 the 30 cent Thorbecke stamp was issued (NVPH no. 1009), perforated comb. 14 : 12¾.

A certain Mr. Schalekamp didn't agree with the increase of the postal rate and started to print his own stamps to show his thoughts and feelings about this increase.

Around September 1972 the stamps of his protest where issued and had the text: "Er is meer dan voorheen aan de PTT te voldoen, 1919 Schalekamp 1972, Nederland 15 ct."

translated it say: "There is more than ever to pay to the PTT, 1919 Schalekamp 1972, Nederland 15 cent."

The stamps where printed in sheets of 25 examples and perforated with line perf. 11½.

The stamps looked very much the same as the original Thorbecke stamp and the so called joke wasn't appreciated.

The PTT felt robbed of their income and put charges against Mr. Schalekamp."

The link also has photos of the stamps involved.
