I would say a dead ringer for a re-entry. I see the DA in Canada has the marks and the O in postage. Nice find and Congrats. Just outa curiosity is it NH.
Nice find! Not sure that all of the Jubilees shown on re-entries.com are actually re-entries although they are certainly constant plate varieties.
Note that if they listed all the minor marks like this on Canada's stamps in Unitrade, the catalogue would be ridiculously confusing to general collector's and would need to identify almost every plate position on the earliest stamps.

Hi Robert, The horizontal line sometimes associated with a guide dot in the upper round ornament in the center of the crown are marks used to layout the images on the plate and should not be confused with various other marks that could be re-entries or constant plate flaws. You have these lines marked on both these stamps and they occur quite often on these stamps. Sometimes the guide dot is hidden in the design as well. The other marks if proven constant would be either re-entry evidence or constant plate flaws if they are unique to a certain position on the plate. I think your first stamp is a re-entry but I am not sure of the second one. Mike
