Could anyone help me with this one please, is it Japan or China? Do you know what year it is, what is it's value, is it collectable? Any help, I would be most grateful, thanks.
Japanese revenue - Chrysanthemum flower at top is a dead give away. As a revenue it's not listed in most standard catalogs so I can't help you there, but doubt it's very valuable. It also has condition issues - numerous short perfs.
