I'm confused, the stamp is German Reich - Occupation of Belgium (1914-1918) Scott N2, and it has got diamonds wtm, so does that mean its from the year 1905 or 1902? and is it a common stamp?
Robi, this overprint was made on stamps dated from 1906-11. The overprint dates for this N2 was limited to 1915 and 16.I`ll see if I can find out more, but I can say that it is a very common stamp.
