You are not very clear in what you have. A20 refers to the picture - several stamps have the same picture.
Scott 125 is yellow brown - 121 is red brown. What is the denomination?
And in my Zumstein I do not see any 12 x 12 perfs, just 11.5 x 12 is the closest.

There were 3 FR, standing Helvetia, white paper, with perf measuring 11 3/4. However, this is not Scott 125 (which is granite paper) and Scott does not list 11 3/4 perfs as an option. They do exist, as I've measured them. I don't use Scott for Switzerland, but this would be Michel 64A and Scott 88 closest match from what I can see.

As others have said, Scoot is really poor with these issues. The Zumstein Specialized I have (1982) has a real nice diagram showing all the perfs available on these issues. Most of the time a measured perf 12 is actually perf 11¾. Perf 11¾ is available on Zumstein #72A and 72F (rare). The difference between the two are in the watermark used (impressed watermark). 72A has the wide cross 'watermark', 72F has the narrow cross. They used an 11¾ perforation later (1906) but didn't produce the 3Fr in that printing. All perf 11¾ examples have fourteen holes on each side, as do the 11½x12s.
