I'm not sure if the stamps pictured are silk but there were strands in then that stuck out like a sore thumb. What say you? Thanks, Jonathan

Absolutely not. Silk paper was not used to print first issue revenues until 1870, so stamps cancelled 1864 or 1866 cannot be silk papers. The 3 cent proprietary is also very unlikely, wrong shade, impression and paper (too thin).
