The card dates back to December 1924, when Hodos = Vydrany was part of Slovakia and Czechoslovakia.

Here is an attempt at a translation:

Nagyságos Hodossy Jolánka úrhólgynek
Most noble lady Jolánka Hodossy
Hodos
Vydrany
z(óna) Bratiszlava (the Hungarian name of the city used to be Pozsony ) u(tolsó)p(osta) Szerdahely
region of Bratislava, (Dunajská) Streda delivery post office
Slovenskó (= Szlovákia)
Slovakia

Bpest. 924. XII.17.
Budapest, Dec. 17, 1924

The photographer (see the rubber stamp):
Schäffer Armin, udv(ari) fényk(épész), VIII József-körut 51
Armin Schäffer, court photograper, 51, VIII József Boulevard
can still be traced Googling: Címke fényképész | Fotók.hu for old Hungarian photographer labels. Armin Schäffer´s studio was working at this address between 1900 and 1933.

works only if copied in full. The label is the last in row l.

Florian is correct. It was common for Hungarian cancels to have the date first, with only the last three digits.

The 1924 date answers the Slovensko question as Czechoslovakia was created in 1918.
