Can't find these in the standard catalog so I'm assuming they must be cut outs or something like that.

These are Danish Postmarken, and would be the equivalent of Computer Vended Postage here in the US.

They are sometimes called Frama labels because of the manufacturer of the vending machines.

They will not be listed in Scott. They are listed in Facit, but my catalog is too old to list the ones you have. Sorry.

Looking in my 2014 Facit catalog, these are from 2002, #s 17-19, catalog value 30 SEK for the set.
