Hi guys...Was looking through a lot of my world wide stamps, even though I only concentrate on Canada and a few American stamps..Wondering if the line pointed out by the arrow is normal..Thanks.

Hi Wert and a good morning. I just looked 'em up, and the whole set seems to have that line - more or less.
From what I can tell ( Googled the stamps ) every denomination has a line or a fragment thereof.
