- error ( printing or design issue under CIPAL letters) - missing color in circle between D & S (DF EL S) - is there (in the middle of the circle) a guy with a hat and smoking a cigarette, or its me seeing things... :-)
Having fun! I believe that sometimes a stamp is just a stamp. I am not a 'flyspecker' and never have been in 56 years of collecting but the posts are interesting as I enjoy looking at stamps.
