The last two seems authentic to my non-expert eyes at least... Byrdste - these beautiful COGH triangles were issued / printed by several printers so there are lots of differences. For any chance of identification you need to supply high-res scan of both face and reverse, hoping to reveal any watermark.
They certainly look genuine to me, but in poor condition unfortunately. The first 1d is likely to be from the 1863 printing, only because these are easily the commonest of this denomination. As for value, probably only 10% of catalogue value, so a few 10s of €.
As Jon points out, there are watermark varieties. Normal is upright, but it can be sideways.
