I've had this old Scott Stamp & Coin Co. stamp album for a couple of years now and have always wondered about it's value, I'd be happy if anyone could give me a bit of insight on this.

The pages you've shown are worth a few $ on the face of it, but without looking at the stamps it's impossible to tell. Take it to a stamp dealer for an opinion, or sit down with a catalogue and have fun finding out.

Hi Foar, and welcome to the forum. A stamp dealer is not going to give you much for this, if anything. One of the big problems is the amount of damaged stamps that are shown. Maybe weeding a bit would help?
There are some promising cancels visible, and maybe if you take some choice close-ups we could help further.

Welcome,
How are the stamps mounted in the album? From the looks to the places were stamps have been removed, I fear that conventional stamp hinges were not used.

If there are stamps here to salvage, I would soak the whole sheet in lukewarm water. Do others agree? (I can't imagine what kind of hinges were used here.)

I agree, KGB. In its present state, it's not desirable to collectors. However if you could soak (and hereby bathe) the stamps, you might salvage a batch of nice ones. I doubt you'd be left with anything worth much financially though.

honestly, I like it more the way it is now in your pics, it has got some history, it just needs a true story to be added and the interested collectors might come knocking on your door (sometimes its better to0 keep things the way they are). Sorry, its just my opinion
