Help ID Stamp Cresent & Star Symbol Possibly Ottoman

Hello fellow stampers, could anyone help me to give this stamp an ID and possibly age of, I think it is of Ottoman / Turkey origin but cant seem to track it down, oh, and also any info on the postmark. Many thanks.

You have the black bull's head overprint with the red behie overprint of 1917. In the Scott catalog, it would be Turkey #536. Sorry, I don't have an SG catalog covering Turkey. Nor can I help you with the postmark.

I don't have a catalog handy, but it is definitely Ottoman in origin.

That's all I can provide at this time.

If needed, it's SG865. A 1913 issue overprinted in red the same year and further overprinted in black in 1917.
Cat value 40p.

And more importantly, the PTT overprint (black) looks genuine. :) Many, if not most, are forged.
