No, not really. But I found a website http://gb-precancels.org/Telegraphs...ndex-Es.html and they show six of these stamps with T.1 thru T.6 and the notation that they appear to be telegraph stamps. Hope this helps.

"T" (with a number) perfin denotes telegraph usage. Generally worth less compared to a postal use.
