If you just want random mixes, there are plenty of options on
ebay, or the back of Linn's, as has been mentioned. Bidstart is a good source for low-value stamps if you want to purchase individual stamps by catalog number. Most dealers who specialize in a certain area will have an ample supply of common issues for their areas as well, just be prepared to pay close to full catalog.
