I have searched in vain in the catalog (france, greece, etc.) and cannot identify this stamp. I don't collect a lot of world stamps but curious on this one. Does anyone have an idea which country/scott # this is? Thanks!

Austria Newspaper stamp Scott P9 or P9B depending on coarse or fine print. There are subtypes. Mercury is pictured.
