It would help if you could find a Scotts catalogue in the library.

Just asking. Why would a Scott catalog help in Europe? He needs a Michel.

I think his point was "Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime"

ok guys, hold your horses a bit. we've been through this before and BTW, Peter is right, I'm waiting for the Michel second hand catalog I ordered, but having a catalog doesn't mean that you're expert and you're forbidden to ask for help or opinion, don't you think?!

51studebaker & jogil, I believe that there isn't any spell or magic in my posts that is forcing you to answer if its bothering you and leave a space for others members to answer or share opinion. And because I see some very wise words regarding fishing, feeding, teaching and lifetime, so here is one for you 51studebaker "meal saturated man doesn't believe the hungry one", my apologies if the translation is not good, but 51studebaker I'm sure you're just wise enough to understand it.

Thanks,
Robi13

Scott does just fine for Europe. Is it the best ? Probably takes a back seat to SG which I would think better than Michel. Anyways, for the common issues that the OP keeps showing any catalog lists them and the point here being is to get any of them.

wait wait wait, I'm a bit lost here, isn't being on the back seat means you're the boss and the driver is just going to the requested direction and is just driving

Robi, you are the OP, the Original Poster. And you do not need a Scott catalog, they are hard to find in Europe. Your Michel will do just fine.

You are absolutely correct. And there is no spell or magic that says that anyone should help each other or contribute in any other way. Best of luck to you moving forward.

This answer was not a surprise, thanks for being open, but it would be better if each person speaks for him self (using I & me) and not use them (they, we, everyone), because this way you are encouraging other members to ignore my posts and question so I would get no help, and this is bad thing to do.

Thanks and wish you the worst things in the world to avoid you and to find luck moving to whatever direction you'll choose.

For me, having and using stamp catalogues and literature are one-quarter to one-half of philately while the other one-quarter to one-half of philately are the actual collectible stamps, covers, items, etc.
