Robi13, do you have a worldwide catalog? If not, I suggest you use http://www.stampworld.com/, an online catalog with decent worldwide coverage. Many of the stamps you ask to ID are easily found if you put some effort into it.

The numbers on the back of this Spanish stamp are control numbers used to prevent fraud. A common practice in Spain, Spanish colonies and Central and Latin American countries.

Regardless if it is a worthless stamp or not, the Spanish issues all had these control numbers. The numbers were to keep track of sales for the post office department only.

What I forgot to mention in my last posting on this topic is that most of the Spanish colonies stamps also had a control number on the back as well.
