I have a Hermes Head stamp which I believe is a Scott 6 or 6A. I have a question about the printing on the back. Would anyone be able to shed some light about the markings? I've attached a couple scans. Thank you in advance.

I may have found something. Oscar Riep, an expert from Berlin who died in 1928, may be the one who marked the back of the stamp. The (S)CAR and R. markings could be a coincidence. What do you guys think? Thanks again
