Not much to see, but looks like a special Austrian cancel. Salzkammergut is a resort district in Austria, made famous in a Franz Lehar operetta, "In weissen Roessle".

Basil, it is most likely Sankt Wolfgang am Salzkammergut. Salzkammergut is a region in Austria close to Salzburg and the lake is called Wolfgangsee.
