Hello, I hope all of my neighbors to the north had a great Canada Day!
I can not tell if this is the ''Bird cage'' variety,
are there any other clues.

A nice 'socked on nose' postmark, I believe to be Valentines day,
Feb. 14, 1939, Rock Island P.Q. (Province of Quebec)

Where is wert, or anybody, there seems to be a flaw here?

This appears to be the hook on horseback variety 223iv (223-26) from plate 1, upper left (UL) pane, number 48 position.
