Quote:I see you are from Croatia, do you know Canada and Australia are part of the commonwealth? , I don't know for Australian stamps, but UK seller does offer very interesting Canadian stamps for the classical period. Some have very sound quality sets for that period, not like many US and Canadian sellers who sell sets with some well centred and few not acceptable in the same series.
I can only see it as good news, some UK seller will increase their prices for adjust but other will sell a discount, because this is
ebay and it's a jungle. But for sure they will not lose their Canadian's market
I do understand that for a Croatian seller who deal with buyers in UK it's may be a problem, but not for a Canadian collector only good news
Hello to Canada. Sure I know that about 1/4 of the world was a british colony.

Agree, that this situation could be good for the Commonwealth collectors (the most beautiful stamps in my opinion are classic Commonwealth). It might be good for You if snipe some sleeping british seller that didnt adjust the stamp value on the online worldwide stamp market due to GBP crashing. Or if You find some desperate dealer who need money.
Stamps value in the british sellers hands is dropping more than the value of GBP, its burning stamps in their hands. If they increase their prices they will be less competitive and will lose very soon. Happy not in their skin.
Dont belive that there are not good worldwide sellers with the similar material but the prices of that material are going down and down because the biggest stamps buyers in Europe are going down.
This is not good situation for any seller because, as I said, GB buyers are one of the best stamps buyers on the world. And now they have less money for the stamps.
So, guess its time for buying Commonwealth and reselling Reich stamps. God bless Angela Merkel.
