Does anyone know a way to make DIY stock pages???

Probably cheaper to buy them, but in a pinch you can make them out of old vanilla file folders and heavy weight card/cover stock for backing.

Find a good backing stock, cut the file folders into strips about 1.25 - 1.5 inches tall, and attach to the backing paper. Space the rows about .25 - .5 inches apart vertically so you have room to easily insert stamps.

You can also make DIY packets with 3x5 or 4x6 cards and peeling the liner from used windowed envelops.

I'm betting oldguy typed in manilla file folders, and not vanilla.
I've personally never tasted one.
