any one help me with identifying this one?

i have been over scott, and stampworld and cannot find it referenced anywhere

the watermark looks like inverted crown and the F symbol for the reign of Farouk

any help is appreciated, as always!

Laurie, you've got a revenue stamp there rather than a postage stamp, which would explain why you've been unable to find it in the regular spots. Anyone have a copy of Barefoot to give some more details?
