Help......bulgaria Stamp ?

Doing Bulgaria inventory and I cannot identify this 1916 stamp with Scott's Catalogue.......a Cinderella maybe ????? Thanks SCF !

Renden, if you have a Scott look after Bulgaria 157. It is mentioned in a footnote there. The stamp meant to celebrate the liberation of Macedonia, but was never issued.

Thanks Peter. I had noticed 127's Scott footnote for another stamp which was printed but not issued, A 1 L dark green, also Liberation of Macedonia - I have that stamp . After 157 appears the info that you gave me, the 50s violet, also to commemorate the Liberation of Macedonia, which appears in my first post for Help !
So I have 2 non issued stamps.....with Scott's values of 2009 cat...Thanks again - appreciate your help -
