Hello! I was going trough stamps whitsh I havent seen for wery long time and then in the pail of 50 stamps I found this one!i dont knowe enything about it!ether it is wery expensive or very sheep but it feels god but I really dont knowe!i like the stamp wery mutsh and ithink its very fine!is there enyone howe knows this stamp or this kind of germeny stamps!thanks for the help!

And, is it fungi on it or just ink issue when removing from the paper?

I love stamps in 1 color, the cancel might be BREMEN? if that was in the Weimar republik.
It's canceled 1 may 1922, between 5-6 oçlock in the afternoon.

That is not/not Mi165. It is a German Official stamp ( Dienstmarke) number Mi66.

You should be careful not to identify German stamps in that period without seeing the watermark as that series was issued with two different watermarks.
