Came Across A Large Stamp Collection, Need Some Help

Hello,

I recently came across a large collection of post stamps, around 500 to be exact. Most of them as far as I can tell are pre-1950. As I know nothing about post stamps I was wondering if someone could help me id them and get a rough estimate of their value.

I'm a numismatics collector and have no real interest in stamps so I'll most likely end up selling the lot and using the extra money to buy some numismatics but before selling I'd like to know what I have.

Numis1321, welcome to the forum. I tried opening photobucket, but can't. If you can post some scans here that would be a lot better!

Opens just fine for me. All common stamps.

I had a quick look at the seven or so pages, and nothing of real value came up. Most of these are common, and the whole lot would probably sell for less than US $5 at my local club. Thanks for posting, though, and good luck with the numismatics.

Thank you all for the quick reply. I knew stamps carry a low value but was hoping maybe there's something special in there. The rest of the collection is more of the same stamps as on those scans :(
