- which type is the franz J. and was it issued by the Hungarian in 1867? Can anybody recognize the postmark cancel?
- is the overprint on the 2nd stamp regular or does the missing color in some letters mean that it partly omitted?
- the 3ed&4th are the same, but one with and one without overprint?
- the 5th, is shift of the overprinted numerals (3lines) is regular and are the 3 dots/perfin usual in combination with the overprint?

One is not Hungarian, all very low value and easy to find in a catalogue. Sorry no time too look at my catalogue

Your first stamp is Austria SC# 29 or 36.
Your Hungarians are all postage dues.

Overprints on dues are normal and common. The "triple holes" were a device applied by postal authority to ensure that philatelic dealers purchased stamps through a special agency at a markup: those with triple holes were sold to regular postal customers at post offices. Several threads cover this:
