In the discussion of the silks in a recent auction, I noticed that the description of the lot made mention of the "Curtis Census." What is this?

Dan Curtis who died a couple of years ago, took the First issue revenue multiple census that was done by George Turner and updated, expanded and placed it on line. He added documentary, propritary, future delivery, stock transfers, and silver tax stamps to his census. He generally tracked stamps or multiples with ten known or less. After his death the Robert Siegle firm agreed to keep up what Dan started. You can find it on the Siegle web site.
