You can buy an inexpensive worldwide supplement that covers multiple years (example: 1940-80). Where can you buy a newer worldwide supplement that would cover a time period of 1981-2015? I realize that you can buy a one year or one country supplement packet.

It's all about coverage. You can get a 2 volume Statesman for $50 and it would cover all time periods, but pretty sparse coverage. Where did you find an inexpensive worldwide supplement that covers multiple years?

Well, you could sign up for the Steiner pages, and print them out for yourself.

Initial cost- about $40 - plus paper and ink of course.

Some might view this as too much of a good thing, as there are 80,000 pages available.

I will suggest to order the Subscription and the CDrom for the first time, only $ 60

ebay sells inexpensive world supplements. I prefer the worldwide supplements like the Statesman that list one or several years. The illustrations make up half a page. The rest of the page is blank for inserting your duplicates.

The official Harris world supplements would be one per year. They aren't too bad really. I've seen these supplements from the mid 60's to the present day. There is a lesser kind of Harris-type (I think it was through Canadian Wholesale) that would sell supplements that were cheaper, but with less coverage. If you have an example of an e-bay sale of this it would explain.
I have used Stiener, but I like the illustrations. :)

I did find some worldwide supplement pages covering a range of years from 1970-80 on ebay. You can expect to pay anywhere between $9.99 (few stamps) to $130.00 (many stamps) for them.
