Hi Raman, and a warm welcome to this forum. I think this stamp is possible in several varieties and depending on the watermark it is from either 1912 or 1926. Hope this helps?

Service stamps are official stamps used for government purposes. These stamps are found "back of the book" listed as Official Stamps. This being King George V it dates in the 1912-1913 period listed in Scott as O52 3p gray or 1926 as O78 3p slate.

Depends on color,watermark and size of the "service" letters.
