Read the emails. Even if one got sent twice, they are all service emails. It appears that bidStart is going away immediately.

The question not answered is whether the bulk load and the ability to download sales and order information stay the same or not.

If only he could say that as clearly as you did. I signed up for bidStart years ago and never used it. I don't recall giving him permission to use my details for anything but bidStart. I will not trust this guy with anything further.
