Here an example of a seller with a lot of rating, trying to sell 10 cents stamps at higher price, if the buyer don't know he will succeed, and if the buyer notice he will probably issue a refund, but the buyer will spent more to return it than the value of the stamps

This stamp can't be a crown in circle, they was only introduce in 1998, and look the way he show the 86 cancel making look 98
