German stamps are not more forged than other countries. The forgery literature available for German-related areas are best-in-class. Other organisations have tried to copy the 'concept' of the GPS forgery manuals by releasing similar products for their contries, for example Finland and BNA (British North America).
Note that the GPS Forgery Manuals are somewhat outdated, and have not been maintained for more than 10 years. Thus, they are only a starting point to weed out the worst junk. Another issue is the quality of the images, of which some are just b/w photocopies.
