That is pretty significant, but I'm still going to say that it would only have a very small premium. If it was twice that amount, you would have a winner, or if one color was shifted that same amount in a different direction. Anyway, nice ones to collect.
I purchased the balance of a MNH sheet (50+ stamps) from the post office shortly after issue and they were all shifted like steve123's. I still have most of them and consider them to have little value as so many of these are known.
