Here come 3th shipment of 2016 year from Slovakia.
There are one or two nice issue as Technical University, and J. Jessenii joint issue (Czech, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia), but also one really unnecessary big format of Council of EU. This issue come in folded booklet format, with ONLY one stamp inside, terrible big format, for regular dimension of postage stamps. What was need for it who know. Probably to show, how Slovak can do it! Than, come one surprise in "black-print" of "Mucha" issue from 2015 year, this time with different print, and one overprint "Frantisek Horniak". If You have 2015 issue (also shown here), than You will have one nice additional to it, as it is really art!

Mucha also designed the first Czechoslovakia stamps in 1918.
