Hello,

I came across a large lot of Hungarian stamps, mostly from the 40s, 50s and 60s. Some of the 1940s stamps are in some kind of plastic holders so I guess they're unused. Can someone please take a look at these and determine if there's any value in here? Thanks in advance! :)

With a big pile like that, have you tried http://stampworld.com ?
There is always something of value in every batch, but one has to go through them carefully and with a good catalog!

Hi, don't loose your time, I checked nothing of value in the lot.

What is interesting is the first album page, it's Hungarian; vj is for Víjelek ( watermark ) and fog is for fogazat ( perforation )

Thank you! :)

The pages are out of a old Hungarian stamp album, it was about 1/4 complete but in very rough shape so I took the stamps out. Most of these stamps come from the album:
