There are bargains out there. Just takes time to find them. I got my eye on another interesting stamp. Waiting for payday.

Here is the next lot I got in.
The QE 2c is hinged and the 7c KG VII is regummed.
The rest is not hinged including the KG VII 10c.
I got the lot for a little under $50 USD.
Take a look at the value on the KG VII 10c!

Very nice Rene. Is the stamp mint?
If it is used, it is a very light cancel.
It has nice centering.

Here is what I got from ebay today.
I need to stay off ebay tomorrow!!
The top two and the 3c are MNH.
The 10c is no gum. I did not need it but it sold at my opening price to put it on my list. Got it REAL cheap.
The other 4 are MH. The 20c is a gem and cost me a bit.
Now I just need a nice #82 for the mint leaf/numeral set.

I was unable to follow my own advice to stay off ebay. Found some items at a good price that I could not pass on.
The used large queens to fill some spaces at this time. A few of them have nice centering.
The two 8c are hinged. The rest are not hinged. The 10c is real nice and cost a bit more than I wanted to spend.
The 2c & 8c will complete my Victoria leaf/numeral sets, mint. A few are hinged.
I think I am getting close to my 95% complete goal to #650 but I am way behind on my inventorying (#300).

I just picked up 2 lots of Canada mint (reported "mostly NH") stamps on Scott Specialty pages for the years 1973 through 1987. They are mounted in clear mounts like the rest of my album, so limited work for me. I can just replace the pages in my album with these. Saves me on mounts and a lot of time. I think the only duplicate years I had was 1973 and 1974. Face value was reported at $160 US. I paid $135. I think I got a pretty good deal.

I added on the next $80 face section as well. That goes from 1988-1990. That is as high as my book went anyway. I missed the next selection so I am done with those lots. It reached my weekly budget. It will fill up my album from 1973 to 1990 where it ends. Face cost is getting too high to continue. I paid more than I wanted to on the third lost but it completes my book. If I had the money, I would have bought all 19 lots.

I got those 3 groups of pages in and installed in my album.
All the pages were complete and in clear mounts (but 1 SS in black).
It took no time to replace the pages. Saved me a lot of time and money.
It would have taken me weeks to mount all those stamps.
Face value was $246.68 Canadian ($186.49 USD). It cost me $225.83 USD.
Complete from 1973 through 1990. Installed in my album in less than an hour.
I am very pleased with the addition.
