I came across a whole box of these stamps. I am not sure are they cindies or bobs?

Any idea what to do with all of them?

I suppose that there are 300-400 of them in lot, with only 10 or so varieties...

These had me curious, so I did a quick google search and found out these are charity stamps from Spain and were never valid for postage.
