Evening all just seeking guidance if this is good to go as is or would you recommend a cert? Thanks for any input. I traded a used c15 vf condition I had extra for this, I fill this is good but would prefer some of your guidance or did I make a mistake.

It's a genuine imperf. A cert would be good if you want to guarantee the condition, or if you have reason to think it's a proof with a fake cancel (I don't think it is, but that is the only other possibility).

It's legit IMO. I agree that a cert would only be needed for condition or grade. I don't think it is a proof, but rather a poor scan with over-saturated color and blown out highlights (no offense intended). I don't think the stamp actually looks like that in hand .

thanks for the guidance. I am confused by the comment about color and the scan. it was down with setting at 48 bit color and 600 dpi. I just did one at 2400 but it is almost 6m file and I can not get it optimized down.

what scale should I do when scanning for images when posting?
