The Michael #324 was printed in "Plattendruck" or "Walzendruck" - both perforated 14:14 1/4.
You can identify them by the different size of the printed box (#324P = 21,5 mm x 17,7 m / #324W = 22 mm x 18 mm).

Many issues of this series can be found rouletted as well, but usually not the 500 Million.
Don't be mad at me, but could there be some paper left on the upper backside that leads to the roulette look?

Cancellation is from BALLENSTEDT (now Saxony-Anhalt) by the way.

Magic, it is not rouletted. If it was rouletted you would not see any perforations on the stamp. Maybe you can take a picture of your stamp on the perforation gauge that you are using?

Well I tried something ... and I think there is probably not much difference between your stamp and another mint one I found.
