Not sure what I am seeing but it looks like a blue image of an animals muzzle to the right of the elephants ear. Doesn't look like a random ink spot.

Looks like a one-of-a-kind accident with the ink holder. Probably a drop of ink spattered on that spot. I would keep it as an oddity.

thanks Guys! Do these occur often? I see an animal looking right almost like a dog or the muzzle of a loin.
