hello I just wonder about one thing!my one cent franklin has no ink on the back side and its perforated 11 all sides!but I dont belive is rotary press becouse the color!but I wonder why its no ink on it!enyone howe has eny idees!thanks for the help here is tvo scans

It is possible for a flat plate stamp to show no signs of 'setoff' ink on the backside.

Hi, have your tried to identify the stamp in question?

Go by the library, and see if they have a Scott Catalog in reference section.

You may want to remeasure the side perforations. By 1931 the major workhorse 1 cent stamp was Scott 632 - and in this typical color.
