New Chinese New Year And Unesco Issues Coming In January

A Post Office contact advises that the Year of the Rooster and UNESCO stamps will be issued in January, but, of course, the Canada Post web site has nothing on either issue.

"No increases, Year of the Rooster and new UNESCO coming in mid-January, rolls all look the same so far nothing new on USA or International showing yet, may keep all the same booklets as there is no increase."
