I convert mine to PowerPoint and use that to easily modify my Steiner pages. |

If you have the PageMaker files, you can still download a 30 days trial version of PageMaker 7 from adobe.com. Works perfectly on a Win10 system. And after editing, you may print directly to pdf.
I am very happy with the way PageMaker works in editing the album pages.
But I have a few newer Steiner pdf-files, may be I one day will try the PowerPoint conversion trick. (Steiner stopped distributing PageMaker files some time after 2000) |

DaveG28,
How did you get those pages reduced to 96%? The only option I seem to get is 'fit to page'. |

Stamps
May be easier to download as A4 and buy an A4 binder! Won't your printer encompass A4?

Quote:I'm using these pages: http://www.gbstampalbums.co.uk/Yes, they are formatted A4, but I printed them at 96%, and the stamps still fit in the boxes and it looks good. I'm working on filling it now. I printed a test page and My Canon jut printed at 100%, giving me a nice 8.5X11 inch page - I like it and thanks DaveG28 Rene |

I did that too and the frame lines came out ok. I think it reduced the lettering and boxes however. I use black Hawids so maybe this won't matter. |

I prefer clear mounts when I can get them cheaper ! and the fit is always great as compared to the darker ones... |

I have never been able to find A4 paper in the US. |

Actually, it is rather easy to find A4 paper in the US. Flimsy general purpose 20lb copy/printer paper -- not something that you would want to use for album pages. Good A4 paper is unavailable in the US. |

I'm sorry I neglected answering for so long! My printer interface gives me the following choices: Fit, Actual size, Shrink oversized pages, Custom Scale. This is using Adobe Acrobat Reader, by the way. I selected Custom Scale, changed it from the default 100% to 96%, and hit print. Easy-peasy. Yes, it shrunk the boxes a little bit, but not terribly so and I think it works great. I hope this helps, or that you were able to find a solution while it took so long for me to respond. Apologies.
Now if I could find something similar to those pages for Canada, I'd be all set. I have Canada pages saved to print, but they only go through 2011. I have very few stamps from 2001 to the present, but I hope to, so I'd like these pages, too. I have a Harris 2 post Canada album, and I've decided to end that one at 2000, and use these new pages for a volume 2 moving forward. Yeah, my 2 volumes will be different size pages and such, but I can live with that. |
