Just came across this #19 described as Unused by seller, on auction.

Can't figure the bluish stuff on the stamp ??

There are some re-entries described in Unitrade but not this - The picture was copied as is so I have no control over the scanning.

For a stamp this expensive, I would not touch it without a certificate.

I am glad that you did not originate the scan - not much to see. To me nothing looks like a re-entry, but you might ask the seller to send you a better scan.

Looks like ink splashes, but coud be caused by cancellation with blue ink? Definitely need a better scan if I were to buy this for a fair price....

Rene,
consider moving your post to Canadian stamps and cover. This way you may get better advice from specialized philatelists

I would say, from the ebay ad, that the stamp is not unused as he said. It appears to be a blue cancel, maybe a date stamp cancel. And of course, there would be no gum. I would not touch it as unused. I would call it used and value it Vg $15.

Completely dishonest, someone ask me about the blue and he reply no idea. Sold as a cancel is a very interesting stamp as the cancel is light

It looks like either an "8" or a "3" that has been lightened up.
