Picked these up at the recent boston stamp show. one has a serial # of 10. I would assume the 2 digit numbers are rare. does this add any value to a stamp the serial # how low or high it is?
Thanks,
colonel

As I wrote on one of the other threads, you might be able to get a little premium, but the condition of the stamp is very typical cut cancel on the stock transfer high denominations. I personally would not pay any premium. But let's see if anyone else disagrees.
