I found some partial sheets of French stamps mixed in an Israel collection I bout. They appear to be from 1942. There is a 20fr pink stamp (I think sc 427) part sheet of 50 (2 panes of 25 seperated by blank gutters, with selvage on the top and both sides), and a similar part sheet of the 30fr red stamp, but with selvage on the bottom instead of top. Are these collected in gutter pairs? Any idea on value?

The corner blocks with the date stamp can have some value which usually follows the value of the stamps themselves.
These are collected as a block of four with the date stamp in the selvedge and are known as coin-date.

If you mean the 20c and 30c Petain issues (not 20f/30f) then these will have minimal value.
