Hi guys..Ralph from re-entries.com is off line for personal reasons and I did not want to bother him at this time, so I am depending on people from this forum to help with a possible re-entry.

I have a Scott 7 with either smudges or a re-entry...Just this one stamp have this oddity, all my other ones are normal...Here is the stamp below and I also added the proof to show it was not a normal printing on this stamp..

So, what do you guys think..?

Robert

Hey Wert ! Nice stamp. I see a case of over inking here as many détails are missing on the design. Look at the left side of the crown as an example.

Wert, there is a nice clear guide dot in the lower left on the stamp, and two dots on the proof.

My two copies of the 2c orange do not have any guide dots.

Wert, I see the two dots now on the orange.

I suspect that the left column of the sheets do not have guide dots, similar to the Canadian small queens.

Robert, my used copy actually has the inner dot which you pointed out. I originally thought it was part of the design.
