Hello again
The dealer sent this stamp as an Austrian stamp, but I failed to locate it, as regular stamp or other (newspaper, postage due, military). Maybe the cancellation will mean something. Any help will be wellcomed.

I personally think the cancel is the best part of this stamp: Visnja Gora Slovenija. I can not properly read the upper name. Joahn.
